Supplies for My HOMEROOM ONLY
3 boxes of tissue
2 boxes of pencils
4 packages of loose leaf paper - wide ruled if possible
1 pack of Mr. Clean Magic Eraser(optional)
This is the best product I have found for cleaning the marks off of our desks. If you are able to send any to me, I would greatly appreciate it.
Green Papermate Write Bros. Pens (optional)
Definitely and entirely optional.
Supplies for All Class Periods
1 Three Subject Spiral NoteBook
Wide Ruled is what I prefer students to use. Numbers and symbols are more visible because there is more room between the lines. College ruled is fine if you already bought college ruled, or if the store you visited only has college ruled left. Also the brand does not matter, however, I would suggest buying a sturdy notebook if at all possible. The cardboard front notebooks will tear easily as opposed to the plastic front notebooks that have been produced in recent years.
1 Pocket Folder with brads
Any color
Graph Paper
20 sheets or so of the least expensive kind of graph paper you can find will be fine. If all you can find is a package of 10 sheets, that is okay too.
Expo Dry Erase Markers (not black)
My students use them at their desk and the black markers tend to leave a lot of residue. However, if you happen to purchase a package that has a black marker in it that is fine...no biggie.
TI-30xa - for home use (OPTIONAL)
This is the scientific calculator we will be using in all classes. You may want to purchase one for home use. They are usually priced between $10 and $12, depending on where you buy them. This particular calculator has a fraction funtion, amongst many other functions, that makes advanced calculations much quicker and easier.
